Change of payment method

Hi,

I paid for the check acceptance ($5). Now, they are paying via Credit Card, since their check bounced. Does your system recognize that there was a change in payment method and refund the money automatically?

Hi Claudia,

No our system does not automatically recognize this. We will go ahead and refund that amount for you.

In the future if it happens again just send an e-mail to help@ownerreservations.com and let us know the issue.
